Even with only a couple of tables occupied, service was painfully slow, and the staff on Saturday seemed overwhelmed. I noticed some areas of the hotel showing signs of wear. Updating the facilities would make a significant difference. Overall, I had a good experience, but there's room for improvement in service and maintenance.
